2. To be eligible for a return, the backdrop must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all tags or packaging intact.
3. Custom-made or personalized backdrops are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
4. If your backdrop arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
