1. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. To be eligible for a return, the props must be in its original condition: unused, not damaged, and with all tags or packaging intact.
3. Custom-made or personalized props are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
4. If your props arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
5. Our Props are designed for Indoor and Outdoor Photography and it can be use from 1 – 3 Years of Kids Age, it depends upon Prop.
6. After getting order we will find better way of shipping method depends upon the delivery place and after that will confirm the order.
